Some pics that I snapped while doing a little VJ set at a ZERO PLAN performance over the weekend. All the artists did a great job and it was a real pleasure to be part of it. Once the technical difficulties miraculously resolved themselves, Dan and I had a great time freestyling a mix of Tron, Barbarella and others in a delicious visual frenzy. A few more snaps can be seen starting here.

robb gaze
With only two weeks left living in Boston, Robb so graciously allowed me to film his impeccable profile for a small series of what I hope will become one of many video portraits.

*100% inspired by Hillman Curtis. His work is beautiful and honest. You would be doing yourself a disservice not to watch atleast one of his short films.

Testing the green screen setup in my new place with an HVX — so crisp. The keying on this was a bit tough since the lighting wasn’t perfect. I’m going to test again with some different lights and my 3chip camera and see how the next step works out. Some of the footage might be useful as BW filtered out in AE or FCP — I’ll post some samples soon.
